I want to return my item

You can return any unopened item that you aren’t happy with within 30 days of delivery. Send the item back to us, and you will be refunded in the same payment method you originally paid with.

I have received a faulty item

An item is missing from my order

If you find an item missing from your order, please get in touch with us. Let our customer care team know the 8-digit order number, and we’ll try our best to send you the missing item as soon as possible.

How do I know that you have received my item?

As soon as we receive your item back at our warehouse, you will be notified. We will also keep you notified when your refund is processed or when your missing product is being sent out.

When will I receive my refund?
