Trying to loose weight and this product has been mentioned in aiding weight loss. Too early to say whether it’s worked as only been taking it for a couple of weeks.

Na vele mislukte afvalpogingen omdat ik toch weer de fout ik ging met snoepen ( zoet !), deze appelazijn gekocht als steuntje in de rug om de bloedsuikerspiegel stabiel te houden en daardoor de snoepdrang hopelijk te kunnen beheersen. Missie geslaagd!!!! Voorhet eerst in mijn leven lukt het, ik val eindelijk normaal af en heb praktisch geen snoep drang meer. Ik had het in de avond altijd moeilijk. Ik heb genoeg aan 3 maaltijden p dag en als ik trek heb tussendoor merk ik dat ik sneller een appel oid pak. Wel eet ik zo min mogelijk koolhydraten, af en toe een broodje oid maar veelal koolhydraatarm. 3 kilo in 3 weken ( in het begin gaat het altijdhard ), terwijl mijn doel 1 kilo p mnd is. Ik blijf dit zeker gebruiken ook als ik op gewicht ben om het zo te houden. Ik ben 45 en een verstoorde hormoonhuishouding door jaren hormoontrajecten en een tweelingzwangerschap op mijn 42ste met zwangerschapssuiker. Ik ben zoals je leest zeer blij verrast!
