Order Process

  1. I have a question regarding my order - who do I contact?

    Our friendly customer service team is here to help! You can reach us Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. We're ready to assist with any queries you may have.

Delivery

  1. When will my order arrive?

    Once you place your order, you can expect it to arrive within 1 to 3 working days. If you order before 1pm Monday to Friday, your parcel should be with you within 2 days. Orders placed after 1pm usually take around 3 days to arrive.Ordered over the weekend? No bother! We’ll dispatch it first thing Monday morning, and it should reach you 2 days after it’s sent. If you order on a bank holiday, we’ll get it out to you on the next working day, with delivery 2 days after dispatch.

  2. Do I have to sign for my delivery?

    Yes, you need to sign while picking your order. This ensures the parcel is sent to the right person.

  3. My order has not arrived, what should I do?

    You can track your order using your unique tracking number to see its progress and estimated delivery date. If you need a hand, feel free to contact our friendly customer service team. They’ll be happy to help you track it.

  4. How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a unique tracking number. Simply head over to our delivery page and enter your tracking number to track your parcel.

  5. What happens if I miss my delivery?

    The delivery company will leave a calling card, and you can get in touch with them to arrange delivery for another day. They’ll also make another attempt to deliver your parcel the following day.

  6. When will my order be dispatched?

    If you order before 1pm from Monday to Friday, your package will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day. In case you order between Saturday and Sunday, we’ll dispatch the parcel first thing Monday morning. If you place your order on a bank holiday, it’ll be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns

  1. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

    You can return any unopened item that you aren’t happy with within 30 days of delivery. Send the item back to us, and you will be refunded in the same payment method you originally paid with.

  2. If I return an item do I receive a refund or store credit?

    Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

  3. How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

    The exact timing depends on your card issuer and bank. Having said that, refunds typically take 2-3 working days. So, you can expect your refund within this period.
