took the tablets as it was a high dose , 4000iu with k2. reason was i had read that if you have asthma or copd that it might be caused by being vitamin d deficient as this causes the top of the lungs to become restricted. i took my tablets and with in 2 hours my asthma was gone. lungs now working excellently . really surprised but very happy now. jed

I used the D3 + K2 from Weightworld for the last 3 years for my own family and introduced to my 2 sisters as well due to it was cost effective with D3 4000 IU + K2 200 mcg for each bottles of 400 tablets. However, I purchased 4 bottles recently but I only found the product had been changed to D3 4000 IU + K2 100 mcg for each bottles of 180 tablets. Both the ingredients and quantity of tablets per bottle had been significantly reduced but the price was similar. A little bit unexpected and overlooked by assuming the product was the same. Quite disappointed for the recent purchase and had leaned a lesson for future online buying of supplements.
