STEPS TO USE THE GEL SHEET
Replacing the gel pads is also a near enough effortless task! Simply take a replacement pad in your hand, peel a way one side of the protective seal to reveal the adhesive of one side of the pad. Then place the sticky side face down on the pad you are replacing (making sure the pad is clean and dry first). Then simply peel back the other seal new gel pad will be ready to use.

7. Recommendations
We recommend that you use the abs vibration machine for 12 minutes at a time and between 2 and 3 times per day. Always return the gel pad cover following use.
