Je viens de débuter, difficile à dire , je tiendrais au courant par la suite . Bon emballage, protégé bien . Pour ceux qui n’ont pas de problème pour avaler , je rassure lecteurs , comprimé n’est pas gros ! Mais il serait bien avoir comprimé comme pour lion mane, où vit b12, ou en Gummies…

J’ai commencé à prendre des bcaa après 4 ans d'entraînement. Je commençais à stagner malgré une alimentation irréprochable. Les BCAA prises en complément de whey et de glutamine m’ont bien aidé à progresser tant en masse qu’en définition.

Presi per il mio compagno di allenamento assieme ad un altro integratore della stessa marca che abbiamo conosciuto per caso tramite un amico (farmacista) che ne parlava molto bene. Ottima risposta in termini di resistenza, certamente sì deve essere consapevoli che sono pur sempre integratori e sono semplicemente coadiuvanti di un'attività molto più complessa e articolata che si svolge durante settimane mesi e anni di allenamenti. Sono nella forma più semplice (ma anche la più testata) rapporto 2:1:1 con aggiunta di vitamina b6. Consentono un buon recupero e interrompono il processo catabolico, soprattutto a stretti regimi alimentari. In sintesi buon prezzo e buon prodotto.

Dopo avere provato i BCAA con formulazione 4:1:1 è difficile tornare indietro.

Det är gött att det finns naturliga bcaa tabletter för det blir ju så satans dyrt att köpa bcaa energidricka varje gång man ska träna annars.
