When will I receive my order?

We know how important it is to receive your order without delay, so we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. Once you’ve placed your order, you can expect it to arrive within 1 to 3 working days. If you order before 1pm from Monday to Friday, your package should reach you within 2 days. Orders placed after 1pm usually take around 3 days to arrive.

Have you placed your order over the weekend? No worries! We’ll send it out first thing Monday morning, and it will be delivered to you 2 days after dispatch. If you place your order on a bank holiday, it’ll be dispatched on the next working day and arrive 2 days later.

Every delivery across Ireland comes with a handy tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel every step of the way.

What if I am out when my order arrives?

We understand how frustrating it can be to hang around waiting for your parcel. If you're not at home when the parcel arrives, the delivery person will leave a note to let you know they tried to deliver, along with a contact number so you can reschedule a delivery time according to your convenience. We’ll also do our best to get in touch with you to reschedule the delivery because we can’t wait for you to get started with our products! Don’t forget, you’ll have a tracking number, so you can keep tabs on your parcel and see when it’s due to land at your door.

Where do we deliver to?

While we’re based in the UK, we happily deliver to a wide range of countries across Europe, and yes, that includes Ireland too! No matter if you're ordering from Cork, Galway, Belfast or beyond, we’ve got you covered. So wherever you’re based in Ireland, we can get your wellness favourites to you without a fuss.

Can I Use a Different Delivery Address?

Absolutely! You can have your order sent to a different address than your billing address. Whether it’s your workplace, a family member’s house or a mate’s place, simply enter the preferred address at checkout, and we’ll make sure it gets there safe and sound.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, you’ll be asked to sign when your parcel arrives. It’s just a small step to make sure your order lands in the right hands and gets to you safely! When the courier shows up, just do your signature and you’re good to go!

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

First, check your tracking number to see where the parcel is as it might still be stuck in the post, or your courier may have already tried to reach out to you for delivery.
