I bought these as I wanted to try something but was a bit wary so got these as they're not too expensive. I really like them now i've tried them a couple of times. They're easy to put on and at first it feels weird wearing it but after a while you just forget about it. I really like these patches glad I bought 2 packs my skin tolerates the adhesive even after exfoliating first in the shower. I noticed how energised, I felt especially staving off afternoon lethargy & no sweet cravings. I have only started using these so it's hard to say whether they work. I ordered a pack of 5 and have used 3 so far. So far I haven't seen a difference. Good quality and a strong scent. Only downside so far,as it is hard to say if these patches work or how many are needed to make a difference, is that the skin is left quite sensitive and red after the removal of the patches. Can be a slight hot,burning sensation on application but not all the time. I have stopped using these patches because on application of the 4th Patch,I could really feel it burnng my skin. I removed it straight away. My skin is red,raw and constantly itchy. Hopefully some moisturiser will help stop the irritation. This product certainly does not agree with me.
