When will I receive my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you can expect it to arrive within 1 to 3 working days. If you order before 1pm from Monday to Friday, your package should reach you within 2 days. Orders placed after 1pm usually take around 3 days to arrive.
Have you placed your order over the weekend? No worries! We’ll send it out first thing Monday morning, and it will be delivered to you 2 days after dispatch. If you place your order on a bank holiday, it’ll be dispatched on the next working day and arrive 2 days later.

What if I am out when my order arrives?

If you're not at home when the parcel arrives, the delivery person will leave a note to let you know they tried to deliver, along with a contact number so you can reschedule a delivery time according to your convenience. We’ll also do our best to get in touch with you to reschedule the delivery because we can’t wait for you to get started with our products! Don’t forget, you’ll have a tracking number, so you can keep tabs on your parcel and see when it’s due to land at your door.
